Forklift Down? Emergency Repair, 24/7.
A dead forklift can stop a whole shift. Our mobile crews respond around the clock across Philadelphia and the 50-mile area — for all makes, right at your dock.
Downtime is the real cost of a breakdown
Industry estimates put forklift downtime at hundreds to thousands of dollars an hour in lost productivity once a unit goes down and product stops moving. The longer a lift truck sits, the more a single breakdown costs you.
That's the whole reason we exist as an independent, owner-operated crew: you get a direct line to someone who can act, not a ticket in a corporate queue. We come to you and get the unit back to work as fast as we safely can.
One call, one crew, problem solved
1. Call — the owner answers
No phone tree, no dispatcher. Describe what the forklift is doing and we'll triage it on the spot.
2. We dispatch to you
The nearest available crew heads out with a stocked service truck — we come to your dock, you don't tow anything.
3. Diagnose & fix on-site
Most breakdowns are diagnosed and repaired right there. All makes — gas, diesel & propane.

Forklift breakdown — your questions
Are you really available 24/7?
Yes — emergency breakdown response is genuinely available around the clock, every day of the year. (Our regular, scheduled service hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.)
How fast can you get to my facility?
It depends on where you are in the 50-mile area and what's on the road, so we don't make blanket promises — but we're owner-operated and based in Northeast Philadelphia, and we'll give you a straight answer on the fastest available dispatch when you call.
What counts as a forklift emergency?
Any breakdown that's stopping your operation — a unit that won't start, won't lift, is leaking hydraulic fluid, has lost brakes, or has failed mid-shift. If it's costing you uptime, call.
What will an emergency repair cost?
We can't quote a repair we haven't seen, so we diagnose on-site first and get your approval before any work — no surprises. Used parts and as-is sales aside, you only pay for the repair you agree to.
Do you fix all forklift brands in an emergency?
Yes. We're brand-agnostic — Toyota, Hyster, Yale, Crown, Cat, Clark, Komatsu, Doosan, Linde, Mitsubishi and more. One crew handles whatever's in your fleet.
